Please provide a valid driver's license in Japan.

International Driver's License:

Driving Permit: You require an International Drivers Permit (IDP) along with your native driver’s license. The international driver's license has to be issued by a member country of the Geneva Conventions in accordance with the forms of the Conventions.

Driver's license issued by the Swiss Confederation, the German Confederation, the French Republic, the Kingdom of Belgium, Taiwan, the Principality of Monaco, and the Republic of Estonia,please provide the official Japanese translation of the license of the country of origin.

*You cannot drive in Japan with only an international driver's license issued by the above countries, so please be sure to bring the translated document.*


If a person recorded in the Basic Resident Registration (Japanese nationals, mid- to long-term foreign residents, etc.) leaves Japan after receiving confirmation of departure and  returns to Japan within 3 months of receiving an international driver's license, the date of returning to Japan will not count toward the period during which the person can drive.

No, reservations are available up to two days prior to the date of use through the app, so we can quickly respond to your urgent schedule.

However, we recommend making reservations as far in advance as possible.

We need the date and time of your car, the type of car you want, the driver's name, contact phone number, e-mail address, driver's license (photo on the back side), and credit card information.

Please operate through "My page" to change or cancel your reservation.

We don't charge cancellation fee.

If you are late and do not contact us before the scheduled departure time, your booking might be cancelled. Please contact us beforehand.

 Only the driver can make reservations.

 If you make a reservation via www.venturecar365/rent, the payment will be settled by your credit card.

Additional fee such as extension fees or fuel charges will be charged after the return of the car.

All cars are non-smoking cars.

No, all cars are equipped with a car navigation system as standard equipment.
